Hi everyone – welcome to Weekly Meal Plan #6 I’m sharing via Instagram!

After a brief hiatus (so annoying when “life” gets in the way!), I am back with a new meal plan! This is a week of big flavours, mostly fast skillet dinners, oven bakes and all guaranteed crowd-pleasers. You get everything from punchy Cajun salmon and sticky Asian chilli chicken, to a cosy baked ziti, sizzling chicken fajitas, fresh crunchy san choy bow, and a hearty jambalaya.

Weekly Meal Plan #6

1. BAKED CAJUN SALMON BITES
No-fuss delicious way to cook salmon, fast! (As in, 12 minutes flat. Seriously!)

2. asian chilli chicken
The flavour in this is 100% me – savoury, sweet, and a little bit spicy! Tastes like Thai Chilli Jam (except, super quick homemade version).

3. baked ziti
With pockets of ricotta and a special seasoning for the mince, this is so much more than “just another pasta bake”!

4. chicken fajitas
A punchy fajita marinade makes the chicken unbelievably juicy and loaded with flavour!

5. san choy bow
Hits hard on flavour with a super-tasty, savoury sauce that soaks right into the mince and makes every crunchy bite addictive!

6. jambalaya
Bold and hearty with juicy chicken and smoked sausage, hot contender for the BEST one-pot chicken and rice in the world!!!

7. popcorn chicken
So, SO much better than KFC! Crunchier, better flavour, and less greasy. Eat by the handful!
