More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x

Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!

And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?

I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.

LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.

A Chiffon Cake recipe and a Chiffon Swiss Roll recipe, please.
Coconut Rough please 🥥 🤤
Hi Nagi!!
Can you please make a dessert or treat with mint…such as mint slice.
Thank you 🙂
Nagi and team you are fabulous! I was hoping you would post a Shanghai fried noodle recipe. I search for it often/ hopefully. maybe even a tab for freezer friendly recipes.
Everything you post is so thought out and well tested, and it’s much appreciated!
Hi Nagi. I love the diversity of your recipes. The lady in my local bookshop nominated Recipe Tin Eats as her favourite book of the year. I would like an Afghan biscuit recipe please. With coconut and really fudge. Thanks in advance.
Hi Nagi could you develop a recipe for naimo bars. Thankyou
Since Christmas is coming up, I’d love a recipe for fruit mince pies! They’re my favourite Christmas treat 🙂
Hey Nagi, do you think you could do Tacos Al Pastor? Thank you for all your work.
I recently went to an event where they served chicken that was grilled in an orange marinade. Both my son and I loved it, but I can’t find an online that looks even vaguely similar.
I trust you wholeheartedly to invent one.
Tom Kha Gai soup please! 🙂
I would love a chicken korma recipe.
Also more meat with fruit! Pork smothered with apples, beef with cherry sauce. I LOVED your Huli Huli chicken with pineapple.
I would love it if you made a beef madras curry. It’s my go to take out option but it would be great to make it at home.
Thanks for all the hard work you put in to your recipes, you’ve really elevated my home cooking skills.
Can we get a ‘freezer friendly’ category on the website please? Thank you 🙏
White Christmas recipe please!!
Hi, I struggle to cook for a crowd. I would love to see some receipes to help take the stress out of cooking big batches or converting receipes.
Hi Nagi, love your site and love your recipes! So great to have foolproof Australian recipes to rely on. I’m curious though, do you not like bananas? No banana cake or banana muffins! Now I have to go find those recipes somewhere else… and run the risk of them failing! 😉
Absolutely love your recipes! I would love a recipe for porchetta. So many variations out there but I think you could have the perfect one. I would prefer to be able to make it without fennel for my non-fennel loving family. Thanks!
I would love to see your take on old fashioned corned beef and white sauce. Was a family favourite and so tender and fall apart when done in the pressure cooker. I’ve tried it in a slow cooker because a pressure cooker intimidates me lol, but think the recipe could do with the Nagi touch
I love your website and the insanely diverse, big taste-y, recipes I always seem to find here. Plus I’m a vegetarian, and you do offer a decently fair share of food stuffs to us, – thank you!- I especially love your eggplant recipes, like pasta ala Norma, there was some kind of curry with eggplant at one point that was awesome, Etc. I actually don’t have any specific requests but I would love to see more recipes featuring broccoli, tempeh or jackfruit- or maybe two of these together? Oh now that I think of it, there is one recipe I’d love to see of yours, a middle eastern side dish, Lebanese green beans- also known as Loubieh b’zeit- that’s probably their best kept secret! A humble looking but amazingly big flavored side dish! Would love to see your take on it! Thanks a lot for asking us.
Chicken jalfrezi!!
